| Short Description | Halloween: A psychotic murderer institutionalized since childhood for the murder of his sister, escapes and stalks a bookish teenage girl and her friends while his doctor chases him through the streets. This is England: A story about a troubled boy growing up in England, set in 1983. He comes across a few skinheads on his way home from school, after a fight. They become his new best friends even like family. Based on experiences of director Shane Meadows. Fido: Timmy Robinsons best friend in the whole wide world is a six-foot tall rotting zombie named Fido. But when FIDO eats the next-door neighbor, Mom and Dad hit the roof, and Timmy has to go to the ends of the earth to keep Fido a part of the family. Shanghai Kiss: An Asian-American actor, living in Los Angeles, is forced to reconsider his roots as well as the possibilities afforded him by his present situation after suddenly inheriting his grandmothers home in Shanghai. Blind Dating: A hilarious comedy about Danny, an intelligent, confident young man, who happens to be blind. Gracie: This touching and intelligent movie about one 15-year-old girls fight to play varsity soccer on an all-male team is inspired by thereal-life events. |
